Media intelligence infrastructure

Make YouTube advertising behave.

You are buying thousands of YouTube channels you have never actually looked at. Architect scores every one on whether it is worth the money, points to the channels doing nothing, and keeps you off content made for kids.

The gap nobody prices in

Safe Effective

Verification asks

Is this inventory safe to run next to my brand?

Architect asks

Is this inventory actually worth buying?

A channel can clear every brand safety check and still be a waste of money. That is the part nobody grades.

The channel intelligence terminal

Clear. Review. Exclude.

Every channel on the plan is scored on quality and waste, then sorted into three verdicts: keep, check, or drop.

The financial ladder

One question, asked three levels deep.

Media measurement turns financial in stages. We answer all three on the same graph and the same scale, and we say plainly which stage ships today and which one is where we are going.

  1. 01
    Live now

How much of this budget is going nowhere?

Every channel on the plan screened, scored and sorted into Clear, Review or Exclude. Attach the plan's spend and each verdict carries the money behind it, so the answer is budget you can move, not a score.

    You are here
  2. 02
    Calibrating

What is each channel actually worth?

Return on media investment scored per channel, calibrated with outcome data from every plan we measure. The graph gets sharper with each one.

  3. 03
    Where this goes

What did the media cause for the business?

Incremental revenue, profit contribution and payback, measured against a world where the spend never happened. Same graph, same scale, auditable.

Working media share is the one number that runs the whole ladder: the share of a line item that clears both safety and effectiveness. On any plan, in any market.

The proof

One line item. Tens of thousands of channels.

A single YouTube line item can hide tens of thousands of channels. Architect grades every one. Some of the spend will look perfectly legitimate. That does not mean it did anything for you.

How it is built

Where the ratings come from.

Every rating traces back to something you can check: a channel in the graph, a model we can explain, a method that is written down. Brand safety was only ever half the question. We built the other half, whether the safe inventory is worth the money. Where we do not know yet, we say so.

  • GraphEvery channel is a node: what it is, who watches, whether it is safe, whether it returns. Edges track which channels overlap and cannibalise each other
  • ClassifierOur own content classifier leads the suitability and child audience screening, with industry frameworks and verification signals as inputs
  • CalibrationOutcomes from every scored plan feed back into the graph. Early partners get the sharpest ratings first
  • PrivacyChannel aggregate, never individual. No person level data in the chain
BRAND SAFE → (what your tool scores)EARNS ATTENTION → (what it doesn't)Worth buyingSafe, but earns no attention
Brand safety scores one axis. It can't tell whether a channel earns any real attention, so the channels worth buying and the ones running ads no one engages with look the same to it.We add the axis nobody else measures.Attention is read from channel-level engagement signals. Never person-level tracking.
